"By law, NY school districts cannot lease EV school buses over a 10 year period, like schools in most of the rest of the US. The impact is NY schools cannot get budget-neutral financing contracts for EV buses. NY schools are limited to 5 year contracts, thus they are economically forced to use diesel and gasoline buses.
Diesel exhaust is a carcinogen, and dozens of medical studies link the fumes to asthma. These exhaust fumes pollute our entire communities and are a major source of CO2 emissions.
NY bill S.5268/A.6754 allows schools to make 10 year lease contracts. Once passed into law, EV school buses can be a budget-neutral expense item via contracts with bus leasing companies. In basic terms, a school would pay the same expense per bus as their current expense, but the payment goes to a lease for an EV school bus, plus associated charging equipment. Voila, no more CO2 and diesel fumes. The school budget stays flat.
Contact your NY Assembly person, your NY Senator, and Governor Cuomo to urge that S.5268/A.6754 is signed into law in this session of the Legislature."

Hello
If you want to progress, you should not stand still and I have an idea that can show you the way to progress and this idea of mine can be very effective in reducing air pollution.
Well, you see, in addition to the electric car, you have to go to the electric plane, and I also gathered useful information about what we can do and what materials you can use to use in the plane, so that in the very near future we can have aircraft. Large and travel and ... to produce all electric
And the information I gathered covers all the factors that are important to an aircraft, including: lower density than fossil fuel aircraft and lightning and corrosion resistance And there are other things to consider when building large electric aircraft
