Hey KC Tesla owners. This comment is out of place, but I don't know where else to put it.
my wife and I got a ride to KC to pick up our Tesla from the service center. They said it was ready and we could pick it up on Sunday even though they were closed.
I had given the tow driver one of my fobs when he picked it up, and I just discovered a couple hours ago that my other key fob has a dead battery, and the service center has my car "offline" so roadside assistance cannot open it nor does my app work. And there are no places open in KC
